"Definitely the worst Dunkin around, can never get the orders right, dont know how to toast, abd the food is totally different compared to other dunks around!"
"Compared to others locations that i visit, the quality of the coffee seems watered down and puts less sweetener than required, upcharging when u ask for an extra pump. I also never get ice in my iced coffee yet even when its says it on my online orders this is the only store i have issues with."
"My sister, her husband and I were looking to grab a quick bite while traveling at 5:30 am today. The employees were so nice to us at such an early time. Food came out really fast and the bacon on my breakfast sandwich was so tasty and crispy! Thank you to the employees for being such a good sport and serving us with a smile.Kudos to this location!"
"Lima and Shahi has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They have a warm smile and very friendly. The line always move quickly and they make the best coffee full of love. I enjoy coming here so much I pass 2 other locations to come to this one. The environment is always clean and very comfortable. What an amazing team which reflects on the management. I believe that this location has set a standard as a benchmark for all other location. Love the product and service. Lima and Shahi deserves a raise or a least a paid vacation."
