"The workers here have the worst attitude. I understand being tired or having a bad day, but their nasty and rude attitudes makes me, the customer, feel like I’m an annoyance. They huddle around chatting, blocking cars so they can’t move forward, then roll their eyes at the people in the car. I also understand if this is an isolated incident, but this is constantly, when I come here. If I wanted to be around a bunch of mean girls I would’ve taken a job in a middle school or high school."

"Let’s face it, the chick fil a employees at every location are always the friendliest people. Their restaurant is always clean, they’re always quick, but I had an altercation with the manager that I did not take lightly. This location is offering free breakfast entrees every Wednesday in November, which is very nice. However, when I came to retrieve my free entree, I was informed they were only offering a sausage biscuit made out of pork… this is Boynton Beach, well over half of the city’s population is Jewish. After going back and forth with them, saying this is religious discrimination if they do not have an alternative option, they finally budged and offered me a chicken biscuit. I was happy they understood and righted their wrong, until the manager on duty told me if I don’t want what they are offering, I should just come back the following Wednesday as the free entree option will be different. I found that comment rather insulting and demeaning, especially in a time when anti-semitism is on the rise worldwide. No, I did not feel threatened as a Jewish person, I just felt like they did not understand how upsetting that comment came across that showed they clearly were reluctant to accommodate."

"I absolutely love this place. I stopped here and went to the drive thru. The line wasn’t very long and the staff were very friendly and efficient. My order was complete and correct pretty quickly. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and it was delicious. I’ll definitely stop here again."

"This location is very clean and all the staff are so nice. The drive thru was pretty quick. The girl who took my order was absolutely amazing she had such an incredible personality and customer service skills. Annalise went above and beyond her job turning my day around. The food was absolutely delicious I’ll definitely be returning to this location."
