Just a heads up when ordering the bowls - adding any protein is an extra charge (unlike places like bolay where you only pay extra for premium protein choices) Having said that, I believe it’s still worth it for the really good quality food you receive"

"Great healthy spot with large selections of bowls. There's Gelato too with loads of fruit toppings. I had a bowl with chicken (forgot what it was called) and broccoli. Huge portions and now I have dinner too. There's digital ordering and paying which is great also. Def coming back when healthy is wanted."

"Great place for healthy but yet delicious food lovers. We always order take out or delivery but sometimes it’s nice to dine in. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating area inside and out, very clean and food is cooked in front of you fresh. Their veggies are always fresh and crunchy. Food is delicious! Service is also amazing, they always greet you with smiles, ask if you need anything or assist you with self service orders. Highly recommend place especially if you’re a local and need a break from cooking."

They know what they’re doing and what fresh healthy food means, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. I would like to come back here again and again during my visits to Parkland."
