Bluefin Sushi at Parkland

"I've been a patron of Blue Fin Sushi in Parkland, FL for over 4 years, and unfortunately, I must say that my recent experiences have left me disappointed. While the people and service remain top-notch, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality and authenticity of the food here after comparing to to other mid level restaurants restaurants in the area. It seems that over the years, there's been a noticeable shift in the flavors and presentation, straying away from what initially drew me to this establishment. As someone who has enjoyed their offerings for quite some time, it pains me to leave this review. However, I do hope that by providing this feedback, it sparks a positive change. Perhaps with constructive criticism, the management can work towards restoring the quality and authenticity that once made Blue Fin Sushi a standout dining destination. Here's to hoping for improvement in the future."

"I love the outside area!!! The weather was perfect and they decorated it nicely Our waitress was nice. We had a ginger salad which didn’t look yummy but it was!! Hahaha We had a dinamita roll, which was ok… and a miso soup. As a entrees we order 3 Rolls: Miami roll: was good Boomb roll: was really good with 3 kind of fishes but maybe they could change the asparagus for something else.. like avocado And the winner was: Crunch Roll: scrumptious!!"

"I visited Blue Fin Sushi last night for dinner. Good location, pleasant atmosphere, tables outside, with lights that remind us of the upcoming holidays. Let's talk about the restaurant itself!!! The service is very poor. You arrive and stand at the door, there's no one to greet you. The sushi man points you to the table!!! At the table you sit and wait for someone to take the order for a long time. Then you wait for food to come another long time, while the food is already made, sitting on the counter and doesn't reach the tables... !! It's all very disorganized. In short, this can be resolved with a good meeting, and team training so that the restaurant functions 100%. It needs better customer service, especially an efficient personnel to take care the orders and do the the serving. Please invest in this!! On the food...The green tea arrived at a perfect temperature, but in a coffee mug!!. The miso soup arrived just warm, instead of very hot as it should be. The sushi rolls are very delicious, abundant, good quality ingredients, but they are too large to eat in one bite. You need to train the Sushi man about the delicacy of Japanese cuisine. Big plates are ok, just smaller bites. We Parkland residents look for good places to go out, and we often have to go to Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale or Miami because there are no good places to go. This good restaurant could improve in the details and become a fantastic restaurant in Parkland."
