"dude forgot about me after taking my order. i was standing at that window for about 25 minutes while he was doing who knows what??"
"The staff is extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. I ordered pickup through door dash and when I arrive, I’m told someone already picked up my order, so essentially it was stolen. I was spoken to condescendingly like I had made the mistake , when I showed proof I was told “nothing I can do” “I don’t get paid to remake orders”. Not confirming door dash pickups orders with those picking up is the employees mistake, they felt no need to help, but was extremely disrespectful after giving my order to someone else."
"I have tried my best to refrain from leaving a bad review!! I have dealt with this location multiple times messing up my food or my food being not fresh enough.. but tonight put the icing on the cake for me !! I will never return to this location! I asked for my food fresh thru the walk up and willing waited for it.. once I actually eat the food the fries were good but THE BURGER was so SALTY my chest started hurting after I ate two bites of this foolishness and to top it off they didn’t give me my drink that came with the meal.. I feel this was them paying me back for requesting everything fresh it’s not worth the drive back up there I just refuse to ever deal with this location DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"You are a new night manager needs more training on customer service. Because I need it only a cup of ice and I'll stop buying anything he told me they no longer do that. I know they do because daily I go and Debbie the daytime manager who's amazing always gives me either a cup of ice or a cup of water whichever I ask for. But miss eyelashes are way too long and don't look good on me new night manager is rude"
