Location is not great so it was empty when we ate there-not a problem though because we had super fast delivery of our food. "Used to love going to BurgerFi because of their simple quality burgers and the way they tasted amongst their competition, however, this location disappoints every time I go and try to give it one last try. The burgers are dry and I've had every burger item on the menu. McDonald's and Wendy's have better tasting burgers. Not sure if it's just location but something needs to dramatically change for this to stay long-term."

"We went to the West delray location without too high expectations after a poor experience at another location. However, this experience was phenomenal. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. Though there are self prder kiosks at the front if you are more of a self order type person. The staff was efficient and really seemed to be enjoying each other's company. Which is always nice. Nobody wants a miserable working environment. The soda machine was full of all options, had plenty of ice, and was not flat at all. The condiment bar was clean and fully stocked. When we sat down, the tables were clean and napkin holders full. Then our food arrived. To our enjoyment, our special order items were spot on. The chicken was crunchy, and the burger was juicy. The bread was good, and the fries were nice and crisp. Overall, it was really nice. It's self clean up if you choose, which, of course, we did, and the tray and trash section was clean and not over busy. I know there are a lot of negative reviews in regard to the price. I will say that yes, it is only a burger joint, but it is not the same as say McDonald's. The quality of the food is higher for sure. It is slightly more expensive than I would want for a burger joint, but I enjoyed my food and the experience."
