"The last time I went there, on February 10th, they got my order wrong. My mobile order was a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco and a Double Stacked Taco. I switched them both to steak from beef and added Chipotle sauce on both. They FORGOT the cheese sauce between the shells on the double stack taco. They didn't switch the beef to steak on the doritos taco, and they did NOT put Chipotle sauce on either."

"Since the original manager left from when the store was first built this place has become a complete disaster. They never have all the sauces available, orders are wrong every single time and the portion sizes are a joke. I should’ve known better to check my order because yet again the order had my name on it but it was someone else’s order! Apparently ordering a half an hour early online isn’t enough time and they start making the order when I show up to the store. Im done with Taco Bell. I’m calling the Customer Service number this upcoming Monday wanting my money back and my free tier award was wasted on this order. Hire some people that actually care. No response needed."

"Did not get the drink I ordered and I forgot to ask for it... It's funny, the purpose of wearing latex gloves is to preserve the cleanliness of preparing food, but this is not only here it's a flaw in a lot of places, they put the gloves on and then the employees proceed to eat, scratch their face and nose, I have even seen them cleaning the kitchen and prepping areas with chemicals and then they make your food. It is a miracle that we don't get more sick. I'm not a doctor nor do I work for the FDA this is just common sense I would hope."

"While the food is always the same at Taco Bell, some stores are better than others. This one is clean, efficient and the staff has always been friendly. It also is not as busy as most Taco Bell’s. I like that the food prep is out front and you can watch them prepare you food. You can even tell them to do something different like “please add more onions” or whatever. I also like that the outside is painted for Delray."
