"Tried to get scuba cert with my daughter, given the run around for weeks! We signed up and paid in full at Shark-Con 2022. We were told after weeks of being put off that "they didn't have adequate staffing" and at that point we requested a refund. We were told "we didn't charge you for the online course as a courtesy!!!!" Don't waste your time. Just because they're vendor at Shark-Con running the intro to scuba water tank does not mean they are prepared to actually help you get certified. Worst experience ever!!!"
