"Very clean. Very fast. Nice plates. French Toast was delicious. Kuddos to the chef. Very nice waitress. Definitely recommend this one. Went at night,,,nothing better than eating breakfast for dinner. Therefore, I can not, however, comment on the quality of the coffee."

"Tried the new biscuit sandwich breakfast. The biscuit was freshly baked. The bacon was good. Didn't know that I had to specify that I wanted the egg well done. Will tell them on my next visit. Sandwich came with hash brown and coffee. Only $9.99 for the meal. Well worth it. Also bought the dessert ( strawberry shortcake with biscuit), Not enough whipped cream or strawberry for the size of the biscuit."

"Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience! Upon arrival, we were greeted by an employee who didn't want us to sit aside from other customers. The order took about 30 minutes to be fully served (only 2 more tables with customers to be served) because I asked for a double, and I was given a single burger. My wife's dish was uneatable due to a sirloin's lack of tenderness and poor quality. Neither water, utensils, nor napkins were offered at any time. The burger didn't have bacon as it was supposed to. For employees were seated by a table on their pones. I truly love IHOP; however, awful customer service and poor quality food ruin everything."

"It's a newer iHop. Basically moved from a couple miles north a few years ago. It is clean and well cared for. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I have dined in and ordered take-out. The take out was prepared with attention. Dining in can be more hit or miss depending on how busy. It's not a matter of tastiness but more of a visual presentation. So you're looking to grab a quick meal. Give it a try."
