"I went to this school when I was in 3rd grade! This school fine I guess, had lots of friends yes, teachers taught us properly yes, but one thing I didn't like is that one of the teachers was eating nuts in class and I had an allergic reaction. I told the teacher but she didn't bother to do anything...so I just got up and went to the bathroom. Yes I got in trouble for going to the restroom without permission but my nose was stuffed and throat was hurting. The principle told my mom and 5 days later I went to a new school. I could've had a major allergic reaction. This still bothers me till this day, what will happen if I never got up and went to the bathroom..."

"This school has changed alot from a middle school to a K-8 school - some teachers have left and I belived that is what made the difference. My daughter goes to this school and she loves it. She has friends and has nice teachers. This teachers that are there now are doing a good job so far. 2yrs left at this school to see if it improves or stays good."

"DO NOT send you child to this school. I have heard all kind of bad stories about the students there, but the students aren’t the problem. The teachers and the principals is sorry ass hell. They are getting paid for nothing. They tell me at the end of my sons 8th grade year that he has to take summer school for a class they he didn’t pass in the 6th grade in which he went to there school for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. Plus my son told me that Mr. Wilson the principal took my other son’s breakfast while he was eating and threw it away. I went to the school to discuss this matter in a proper way and the asst principal Mr. Gambrell who didn’t seem to be able to help me with anything say that he was contacting him thru text message to let him now that that I needed to speak with him and I haven’t heard from him yet about it. Another time they called me to pick up my child because they say he was suspended for the rest of the the school week because he was walking around the school. I get there to pick him up and 2 teachers tell me that he was with another teacher and it was untrue, so I asked what is he getting suspended for and they say to just let him go home today because he was kicking the lockers. Don’t want none of my kids there."

"This is by far the worst school that my son has ever went to. Not necessarily because of the students but because of the teachers. There is a 6th grade science teacher Ms Baldwin who literally put her hands on my son and said hurtful words to him. My son is No trouble maker but suffers from ADD. I withdrew my son the next day after the incident and opened an investigation on this teacher. The worst part is my son is white in an majority black school and Ms Baldwin is a white teacher. Lots and lots of fights at this school. Girl all bloody from a fight when I was withdrawing my son. Do not send your child to this school if you don't have too!!!"
