"More than once this location has the order incomplete and missing items. Unfortunately a phone to the store doesn't resolve the matter unless you plan on going back to pick up the missing item. Cost of gas and time isn't worth it but what's more upsetting is last year when I called and they offered a credit on my next visit and the owner didn't want to honor it. Instead he said this is why he doesn't like doing business with my kind, I'll assume because I told him I only order because they are halal that he meant Muslims. A year later I gave them the benefit of doubt and 3- 16 PC family meal ALL missing the biscuits and shorted on the chicken. A week later another missing item and when I mentioned the missing items the week before the lady just brushed it off by checking my order to make sure I had the biscuits this time, only to find that the coleslaw was missing instead. I was better off without the coleslaw because it was SPOILED! Just make sure you check your order because nothing is done when the customer is right."

"Attitude is everything!!! I have been to this location 3 times now. EVERY time I have been there, the employees were warm and welcoming. They had smiles on their faces and spoke professionally. Workers that weren't even directly working with me would turn and nod or wave. It had a great team vibe. Thank you all for being a great example of how a chain should run. People from other stores should be sent to this one to train!"

"Update: went to get the new buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and a number 12. They forgot about my order and then gave me the wrong items. Advertises 2.49 popcorn shrimp but charges 4.99 I have my receipt and picture. I will be reporting this as it's illegal to falsely advertise"
