"1 star is very generous. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with special sauce, Swiss, lettuce &tomato to carry out. I got 2 plain, very small cheeseburgers, possibly from Burger King, too small for the bun. Not even a Burger-fi branded bun. Nothing, just a ½ slice of American cheese, not Swiss. We ordered cry-fries, both were cold and soggy. We ordered 2 bottles of Coke. They gave us fountain drinks, saying they were out of Coke bottles. That part is understandable (if true), but there was NO EXCUSE for the terrible food we got. We ate in car, we were too upset to go back in, and yell at them, demanding a new meals. Customers were inside."

"Today we received raw burgers. We took them back to the store after discovering they were raw. We received an entire new order but no apology. The new burgers were so tough you could barely chew them. We have always had good food at this location, but over the past year the service has went way down and it seems like they just don’t care. We weren’t rude at all I called ahead of time to ask them to start a new order for us that my husband was on his way back with the raw food and we didn’t want to wait a long time again. Since the original order took so long the first time. The need new management or more training you should always be kind and apologize for the error. That’s just basic customer service skills."

"usually i only get the veggie burgers now due to horrible experiences w their burgers but for some reason i said ill try it again . i should've went w my gut ! ordered the BFD deal and asked for my burger to be well done . clearly you can still see the pink and it makes me sick to my stomach . i don't like it . fries are dry burnt and just nasty . ill never order anything else but a veggie burger from them for now on . completely over it ."

"Parking is available in this lot. The restaurant decor is pleasant & stylish. The service was excellent. Our food was delivered quickly & was hot, fresh, & tasty! The veggie burger was great & the red velvet shake was the best shake I have ever had. The prices are reasonable for The Gardens area (we used coupons which gave us a great deal!) Portion sizes are a bit small. Overall, lovely experience!"
