"Jude Chassagne, the managing partner, is the real deal. We needed a minor correction to one of our guests meals and he personally came out and took great care of it and us. He shared a few minutes with us in a pleasant conversation and was very professional and accommodating. We felt like we were eating at the fanciest restaurant in town with a chill vibe and diligent servers. Brandon was our server and I’ll never choose someone else, he was on top of our table and didn’t miss a beat. His smile was contagious and care was appreciated. Thank you Bonefish grill for making our special day even more special as we were celebrating a great day out with a dear friend."

"First time at the West palm location, was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. The bartender Jamie was so wonderful, very knowledgeable on the menu and answered my 100 questions lol, she was very sweet, then the manager Jude came and talked with us, knew I loved artichoke and they have a new item on the menu and he ordered it for us to try. They were delicious. I appreciate the offer. What a wonderful first experience we will be back."
