"This was my first time to The Melting Pot. The food was great and the staff was welcoming. The whole fondue experience is a unique one. Deb was our waitress but must have been having a bad night. We felt that she was rushing us through the process. She talked very fast and would take off. She even disappeared for a while. I would have given this restaurant a better rating if we had a better waitress."

As people who didn’t know how hot pot worked, she was so kind showing us everything and giving us great recommendations for food and beverages. Her service felt like speaking with a long lost friend, and she really set the vibe for the night! The food was absolutely amazing, the booth is so intimate and perfect for date nights. In one night, this became my favorite restaurant, and I will definitely be coming back. Such a magical birthday experience for me."

"I used to go to the Melting Pot when it first opened, and I found out that now the portions are much smaller. The recommended broths were not very good. I would recommend just going with a regular vegetable broth if you want to taste the meat and all the sauces that come with it. The dessert was really good. We ordered the candy medley. Prices are very high, so be prepared to dish out a lot of cash. The service was excellent, and the salad dressings should be bottled in stores (so good)!"
