"Feb 3 around 330pm I went to get a order of crispy chicken sandwich and fresh fries no salt I got my fries went to car and busted opened a ketchup packet and didn't even touch the packet used napkins and I tasted sanitizer in my food from contaminated ketchup after I threw up in there parking lot I was dizzy and spit the food out my door. I don't know who cleans in there but they need to be way more vigilant of how they clean because poison ketchup on no I can literally taste it in the ketchup packet when I was eating didn't even finish food threw it to the side just saying watch what you eat. What I tasted was like bleachy kinda of sanitize taste in the ketchup"

"Very nice people, however I was shocked and laughed when I opened it. I didn’t receive my bottoms bun to my sandwich. Just disappointed that I received this :("

"I placed a mobile order for a milkshake and got the confirmation. When I got to the store there was a long line there and when I finally made it up to the speaker they told me they didn't have any ice cream. I told him to cancel the order, but they said I had to go through the line to cancel it at the second window. At the speed their service was going I would have been there another 15 minutes just to cancel my order. Fortunately I was able to get the car behind me to move and back out of the drive-thru and leave. This is one of the reviews that if I could leave zero stars I would."

"Asked for the cheeseburger meal, two burgers with NO mustard, NO ketchup and NO pickles, and WITH diced onions,WITH tomato, WITH mayo and WITH bacon. They gave me the EXACT opposite. The burgers were fine but weren’t what I asked or paid (extra) for. At least my drink order was right and the fries tasted nice."
