"We just spent $75 at this wingstop and couldnt get our refund because rhe “manager” could not do it and we would have to wait till tomorrow to get one. We waited 1 hour for our food just to find out that the lady did not call our name and saw us on multiple occasions yet did not call our name to let us know our order was ready. The lady also lied to all customers stating that food would be ready in 8 minutes knowing that they were backed up 20 minutes. We will not be eating from here ever again and we advise others not to as well as others shared the same experience."
"I prefer a group pack of 40 wings I got the wrong order I’m missing my entire order and spent 61 bucks and the food wasn’t fresh at all would not recommend I’ll never order from here again and I need to get a hold of corporate asap this isn’t okay"
"Never had Wingstop before and I was feeling adventurous tonight so I decided to give it a try. Wooow what a surprise! Being a chain restaurant didn’t have high expectations at all… like at all! They executed my order perfectly even if the order was kinda tricky. At pickup I was greeted by a lovely girl who handed my order right at the quoted time. Food was amazing, probably one of the best wings I had in a very long time. We’ll be back for sureee"
"The place is very clean to place your order. Just have to call and give your phone number and they tell you exactly when it’s going to be ready that’s good when somebody’s working and they only have an hour for lunch."
"Terrible Staffing, No Time Management, No Type Of Order or Control. We order at 7:47 is 9:19 and we just got our food. GET THE RIGHT STAFF TO THIS PLACE AND WILL BE A SUCCESS. Wont be back!"
