"I had such an amazing time at Chili's and the server, Christina, who was working at the to-go station, was absolutely fantastic. All our required items were already prepared and available for takeout. We didn't have to wait for more than 15 minutes, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and hospitable. I am eagerly looking forward to having lunch there soon! I was really impressed by how Christina ensured that we had an abundant supply of utensils, ketchup, and any other things we requested. She never hesitated to fulfill our demands. It was such a delightful experience that I will definitely be returning for more!"
"Honestly, it was my first time here, and I have nothing negative to say!! The service was absolutely AMAZING! The staff are so sweet and always making sure you have everything you need and plus some! They all work together and make sure all of their tables are happy! "Going on a random Tuesday for a late lunch guaranteed that not a single soul would be in this restaurant. we had excellent service, the food was as good as it gets for a chili's, but the server we had was very very very attentive and despite being a fast drinker, my cups never fell empty and I believe she managed to get me for 6 or 7 refills, all without me asking. the manager stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal and finally when we went to pay (we were a big pain in the butt trying to split the check half card half cash) the servers were more than delightful about the whole ordeal. would come back again just for the service. 5 stars for the service, lost one star overall because the food was kinda lack luster."
