"Called many times, it ring and rings then the phone is hung up. I walk in the store with the phone in hand and decide to call and see if it even rings. They have the phone off. Now we have to wait longer for our pizza since it was a special order. I tell the gentleman on the counter that I've been calling, he looks at the phone that is off and just shrugs his shoulder... really!!! Worse customer service..Worse service period..."

"I ordered pizza for my classroom the day before. When I'm ordering the pizza they would not take payments over the phone for the pizza a head of time nor did they deliver. I had to get cash out so my aid could pick the order up. When she got there, they had no record of the order and she had to wait while they made the pizza. I asked to talk to the manager and I was told she only speaks Spanish. I asked for a discount because they lost my order and was refused. I have never had such terrible service at Little Caesars and could not believe the manager did not speak English."

"If there was a way to give less then 1 star, I would choose that. The worst service. Everyone is rude and has no idea what is going on. Quote 15 minutes, wait 40. The last time I was here, I waited 47 minutes for 2 pizzas that were supposed to be hot and ready, that were ordered online. And the time prior to that, I was turned away at the door, told that they weren’t not taking any orders unless they were online. No one answers the phone ever, and all the employees seem to be bothered with even being there. Please do not go here!!!!!"
