"Great school if you’re apart of a program. From experience, many children who are in regular ed classes don’t always get the attention they need to be successful, because administrations focus is always on those who are high achievers in Cambridge or those who like to cause trouble. For the most part the teachers and staff are amazing and care about your success, specifically the Culinary instructors and the lovely ladies in the Attendance building. The Culinary program is definitely one to join, even if you aren't planning on going to Culinary school. They dynamic is more of a family than a competition between classmates."

The caring of the staff and administration creates a great learning environment for the students. The academic programs offered challenge students and allow for early certifications in several areas. School spirit is great and it's an overall great school!"

"Being a graduate of 2016. This school has made major improvements since I was a Freshmen. The programs are worth going here for and the arts won't let you down. There plenty of clubs and it has provided me a very memorable high school experience.. that I won't forget."

"Worst public school I've ever been to. The student body as a whole is incredibly disrespectful and ignorant. The campus is always dirty and the bathrooms always look and smell disgusting. The food in the cafeteria is unedible and smells horrible. If you love your child, DO NOT LET THEM COME HERE. The only semi-good thing about this school is the teachers. There are a lot of really good teachers that actually care for their students. However, having good teachers doesn't mean anything when every classroom is packed with students that are so disruptive that they make learning impossible. Dixie M. Hollins High School is probably the worst high school in Pinellas County. I wouldn't suggest this school to anyone."
