FireFin Grill

"So we had a’7:15 reservations and arrived before 7. Took over 5 minutes standing at the hostess stand for the 15 year olds working there to even acknowledge us. We told them we’ll be at the bar waiting for our table Got to the bar full of glasses and plates with two overwhelmed bartenders We then again waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledge. 20 minutes after our reservations past we went back to the hostess stand to be seated. We were then seated to wait another 20 minutes without even one employee acknowledging us. We finally decided we were not wanted so we got up to leave. Funny enough a manger (or someone in a suit) noticed our leaving and we politely told him we’ve been ignored for the last hour. He literally said nothing. No apology or even an attempt to change our minds So we left. Food “may” be great who knows but the service and managements? Non existent. We went to carmines next door and the food and service was outstanding We won’t be back to fanfare or whatever they name is"

"After having had a bad experience with the service a month ago we decided to give FireFin another chance- because the food (when we finally got it) was still very good. It was a mistake. They do have relatively new owners and they are awful now. Food is still good- when you finally get it- but the incredibly slow service and new policies- like charging an extra $3.99 for olives with my wife's martini- are just awful. Not only slow service but we got the wrong drinks (they were for another table). At their social media team's suggestion, I emailed my complaint to the owner. No reply. I sent it again and still received nothing back. They obviously don't care so we are finished with them. And I thought all of you should know this is how they are treating their customers now- badly. The decent atmosphere and good food aren't worth the price gouging and horrendous service. There were other little things they messed up on the service (no silverware; waited forever and had to ask repeatedly for glasses of water), too, but- when you add them all up- there are so many restaurants in this area that have good food AND good service, it just isn't worth putting up with this at FireFin anymore. So that is why my overall review is just one star- these negatives vastly outweigh the positives."

"Our experience in FireFin grill was amazing! Gina was our server and she helped us order some delicious sushi and helped with a wine recommendation. She was super nice and made our experience great for our anniversary dinner!"

"I’m blown away by the service and hospitality of the new owners ! We came with our little puppy, and they opened up the back outside for us and accommodated. Awesome are our doggy, even after the hurricane went through the night before. The food is fantastic. I highly recommend lobster risotto and bourbon salmon. Excellent life, music and dancing ❤️❤️❤️"

"When something is good you stick with it, well that’s exactly the experience Robyn and I had on multiple visits to FireFin Grill. With the new management came new features. Great staff the bartenders are on point. As for the food Amazing Sushi Rolls with a variety of Choices and the hamachi Sashimi Tuna and EEL were amazing. I was able to finally order the Lion fish and it was simply delicious. The drink menu will satisfy even the pickiest of the group. As I write this review we are getting ready to head to FireFin to enjoy a Sunday Lunch."
