"I gave it 3 stars for Heather she went above and beyond. They had messed up our order, and she had to correct it, and we were there very long. She was so apologetic to customers for the delays and errors I felt so bad for her. She definitely is a great asset to them because if not, this place would have gotten less than 1 star if it was possible. We were told by the manager when we arrived that it was slow and our orders would be done in 20 mins we put our order in at 8:05pm and we got it at 8:50 pm."

"Terrible customer service, I arrived at the store tonight around 12:10AM and no one helped me until 20 minutes later, when the girl who was on duty came out and tried to place my order, she with a bad attitude just told me no I couldn't place my order because there were other pending orders and the store also closed at 1:00AM, then he also lied to me saying that Pizza Hut's billing system didn't work, I only asked him to try it once (because that he was lying to me to avoid working) and he just ignored me for not wanting to help me. I understand as a employee she felt tired, but I went to the store 50min before it closes, that it supposed to be at 1:00AM"

"The girl in the front won’t answer the phone and when she does. She’s on her own phone and puts you on hold ..I saw that once I had to show up to put my order in due to her not answering. It’s like this place was running itself. No one up front at all. Normally I won’t give reviews unless it’s bad. This is bad."

"Pretty horrible. Northlake store by the publix. The driver was all types of messd up on somthing. Everything camed crushed. No covid seals. When i called the store to talk about it was met with an attitude. The driver pulled up so intoxicated He was actually drooling on himself my pizza came sideways crushed in the box. I told him 4 different times he brought the wrong order. The man just kept walkin away from me. Orderd my replacement was ignored 4 diffrent times FINALLY they said they would send a replacement that never came. Waited 4 hours nothin."
