Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

"I don't know how to achieve it but I don't suppose fast food. The food and atmosphere were excellent, delivered very quickly and of spectacular quality. But the best of all was the treatment of its employees, each one friendlier than the last. The bathroom is first class, it was totally clean."

"The menu here is chicken fingers, this location just opened so its really busy. I was not overly impressed with the food, and I ordered the meal that came with coleslaw, but it was not in the bag for both of our meals. The drive through had people taking orders like Chick-fil-A does. If everything would have been a little better I think I would come back sooner but I wasn't overly impressed. Not gonna make it a priority to come back fast, that's all."

"I am a big skeptic of corporate chains. But it was a pleasant experience. Not many places serve crinkle cut fries so it spiked my interest. Just tried the fries in curiosity of the sauce. Its basically a smoky aioli. Very nice, worth paying a bit extra for. Id buy a bottle of that. Interior has a local friendly feel. Plays pleasant music, loud but not annoying. No christmas music, thank lord. Might come back and try more things."

This Louisiana-based franchise won awards for diversity in hiring practices, being a great company to work for, and for benefiting the community so that’s why it has a solid fan base of people who grew up eating Cane’s chicken fingers. But I didn’t. In fact, I worked at Chick-fil-A eleven years ago so I measured them by CFA’s standards and also Popeyes and KFC, because that’s what I grew up with. Cane’s chicken fingers are made with very fresh chicken breast with zero gristle! They’re famously “hand-dipped” and marinated overnight. I found the bite not crispy, but airy and light. CFA’s bite can be gummier, crispier and definitely saltier. If you want crispy I’d get the KFC chicken sandwich, whatever they do to that filet is magic. Now for the Cane’s sauce: it’s salty, not sweet, and I detected chili powder, celery salt, and paprika, mmmaybe some Worcestershire (?) but you should do your own taste test. They only offer original or honey mustard sauce at Canes, and honey mustard sauce isn’t on the posted menu here so we received original sauce on our stuff. Their sauce has won awards! But again, maybe that’s because whoever gave the award grew up eating it. Me: I prefer the original CFA sauce, which is so popular you can find it at Publix. As for atmosphere, Cane’s beat CFA by a long shot because CFA was slammed with the holiday crowd today. This Cane’s had a holiday tree, lots of tables open, clean bathrooms and cool memorabilia on the walls (sports stuff, etc.). Music was BTS, Johnny Cash, Maroon 5, Pharrell Williams, so pretty diverse. Staff and patrons were also diverse. I’d come here again."

"Always fresh, extremely crispy and delicious. It is worth the wait even though the service is fast! Raising Cane’s is in a perfect location right on Boynton Beach Blvd so it’s easy to get to. The drive-thru is ran smoothly , so ordering is never an issue. I Highly suggest Three Finger Combo: Comes with 3 pieces of chicken, 1 sauce, 1 toast, and some tasty fries!"
