"The signs at this location and Google clearly state this location is open 24 hours... they are not. I saw the so-called employees sitting down on their phones after I pulled through the drive-through at 4:45 am. After Numerous attempts to place an order AND BEING IGNORED... They waved me off. If I could give zero stars, I would. Jupiter is better than this trash."
"I eat out almost every morning McDonald's breakfast. Today I decided I wanted a refill on my sweet tea which was a small cup. I cannot drink soda due to medical stomach issues, so it either has to be sweet tea or water. I went up to the counter to get a refill on my small sweet tea, the employee stated that they cannot give me a refill on my small sweet tea which even after the tea was gone was filled 3/4 of the way with ice still. She did offer me a refill on a soda but said they cannot refill sweet tea. Like I said every morning the money I spend at McDonald's eating breakfast and they couldn't give me one refill on a small sweet tea that couldn't have been more than 3/4 of a cup of liquid, if that!from all the ice. I hope that Ricky W. (Which he is the owner of the McDonald's from Hope sound through to 45th Street)Looks into this matter to make it fair, if you can give out sodas refills why not sweet tea? For people that can't even have regular sodas,do to the medical issues."
"Terrible experience. So impersonal. The one employee handling the order handoffs has a major attitude. Who thought these order machines were a good idea? They are terrible. And it took me twenty minutes to get 3 mcdoubles and two large fries. Ridiculous"
"They tried to say lobby was closed at 8pm when they had customers inside and sign said lobby open until 10pm, but the door was locked. However the entrance they had open was a construction mess with a huge drop off. I have a bad knee and walk with a cane and almost fell trying to get inside, then the food was terrible after we recieved it. I literally spit the first bite out and got food elsewhere. A customer asked why the door was locked and was told "we are closed" then the employee walked away. This McDonald's always has some issue and they honestly need to have someone come figure out how they are so messed up."
