"This locations staff is incompetent at the highest level. I can’t even get copies of my child’s shot record even though it was requested through her new Dr office. They need to do better with their hiring."

"Do not go to any Doctor Today! The doctor wanted to charge me another $50 for my co-pay just to check my weight. It was their negligence for not checking it on my first visit. The owner and the nurse practitioner are very unprofessional. They do not value their customers time or money!"

"Don't go there and don't be fooled by the name...there was no "doctor" when i went, only a nurse practioner! It was very unprofessional!! They made me wait almost 2 hours in awful pain while they worried how they were going to get paid. After paying $125 cash before being seen (they had a difficult time with my insurance), I tried to call them the next day with questions concerning my medication they had prescribed. They didn't call me back. I tried again the 2nd day after and as soon as they heard it was me, they hung up on me twice!!! I called the Lakeland office and they wouldn't return my call either!! I was not an unpleasant nor difficult patient. Who does that??? If it was an option I wouldn't give them any stars! They won't be in business long practicing like that! UPDATE: ONE month after my visit, I learned they did make a claim with my insurance on the same day I paid them cash!!! They got paid twice!!! Two weeks after I showed them what they did, they can't "resolve" this issue. I bet the Florida Medical board and the Federal Trade commission can!!! I finally got my refund. It took over 7 months! The solution was sending a certified letter! I had my refund days after that!"

"Horrible customer service, Super slow and un organized. If you want to wait two hours to be seen then go here. Its really hard to get a hold of them They dont pick up the phone often, they just let it go to voicemail. It took me 4 days to get a prescription filled because you cant get anyone on the phone and when you do they are so unorganized that they sent it to the wrong pharmacy 3 times! Horrible place to go."

"We tried to call to make an appointment. After several attempts with no answer, we left messages thinking they were busy. When no one called us back, we thought maybe the answering service wasn't working properly. After a while, we went down there because it's the closest walk in clinic to our house. We walked in and were the only ones there. All we needed was a pre-employment physical. We waited for over an hour (still only being the only people there) before we went back. I guess the doctor realized we had insurance because she wanted to perform a bunch of other test that weren't in the form. A BUNCH of extra test. We just left and went to a walk in in Lakeland and was in and out in 2 hours, and got the physical done with no issues. It was a terrible experience here. Hopefully they were just having a bad several days. But convienant or not, I will never go back."
