"Today, I took my wife to Chipotle for the first time. This was only my 3rd time going to a Chipotle and the first time being at this restaurant. My wife and I had questions because of not being too familiar with the restaurant. It was so loud in there we could barely understand what the young lady was saying. While assisting us with our order, she said, "hold on!" Then went to take the people behind us order. I was curious about their salsa, but I never got a chance to ask before she sealed the bowl and asked, is that it? It wasn't. We still needed drinks, and we wanted some chips to go with our bowls. She seemed to be in such a hurry to get us through that she wasn't listening to us. We were going to eat in the restaurant but she made out meals to go. The salsa was very hot so much so my wife couldn't eat it. The taste of the bowls was good. Even though we had a hard time carrying on a conversation because of how loud it was...my wife said she would be for giving it another shot. I probably would want to try a different Chipotle. I will say they do pack the burritos. It was interesting watching them build the orders."

"Wish I could give them -10 Stars, if it was allowed!!! Now I understand why they have 3 stars & this will bring their stars down even more after this review. I called on 9/26/23 after an online order was placed. They stated they would correct it or replace my order. The kids meal Meat was kinda over cooked & cold. My child couldn’t chew it up & the guacamole was super salty. This made me even more mad you are allow to get fruit or chips. The darn Tangerine was spoiled my child couldn’t even eat it, wow. I went back few days later to get my order replaced, I only wanted the Quesadilla & guacamole/chips that’s it. Not even what was 75% messed up since they put a bad taste in our mouths. Nope they weren’t having it over $10 well my bank will give it back b/c you was super nasty as Employee to replace it & kept saying I’m not giving out FREE FOOD. Well all said & done, I got my funds back today from my Bank!!! I thought you are suppose to keep your customers Happy I even had my receipt to show proof of my order & I even came 1-2 days after the order was placed. Kept walking away to talk to who ever on the phone & wasn’t even acknowledging me as a customer to tell me 1 sec or etc. Just to keep saying I apologize after you STATED YOU CANT DO ANYTHING, well that was not enough. Not returning back to this location at all, BRANDON is wayy better for sure. Don’t Buy your food from here. The table where all the food is located is always mess & I don’t want them making my food again."

"Wow the service at this Chipotle is terrible! The minute you step inside this location you’re stepping into unorganized chaos. If you have a pick up order, be prepared to wait and be stared at by every employee behind the counter because they refuse to walk over and ask the simple question “May I help you?” Not to mention, the restaurant and prep areas look disgustingly dirty. I personally love Chipotle and I’ve never encountered a location as bad as this one. Absolutely disgusting service and food."

"I love this chipotle!!! I been 2 times, the first time I got a burrito and the lady filled me up so good!! Very fat and filling burrito! I just recently went for my second time, I tried a bowl for the first time and they made this experience great!!! The bowl was so good and filling, I even got a side tortilla and made a burrito out of that! This is also a very convenient location for me too! Staff are very nice and food is great!!! :)"

"Chipotle Mexican Grill is a build-your-own-burrito chain located in Valrico, FL. This location is new, and even has their own drive thru! However, the decor was mostly bland inside and a few tables were dirty. The service here was friendly, but there weren’t many people working and were inexperienced. However, there wasn’t a line when we walked in. The food here is very good. The Al Pastor Burrito lives up to the Chipotle Standard, and was good as expected. However, I believe the burrito wasn’t wrapped right. The chips and queso were good. Overall, would recommend this location."
