"Guy who was taking my order yesterday claimed I had an attitude when I was just making sure he heard me since he went silent and didn’t give me my total or tell me to go to the window. I certainly did not have an attitude and even if I did, why would you ask someone that? That’s very unprofessional. I wasn’t in any way trying to be rude, I just didn’t want to pull up in case he didn’t get my order. Never in my life have I ever been accused of having an attitude while at a drive thru. And to make it worse, they charged my card for two different orders when I only ordered one thing!! I ordered just a salad, I checked my bank account and noticed a charge for $10 and a charge for $30. Clearly a salad doesn’t cost $40 at Zaxbys. I will be contacting corporate for them charging me for someone else’s order. Not sure if it was intentional or accidental, but either way I’m disputing the charge and getting my money back for their recklessness and incompetence."
"everything on my order was correct,i even got extra fries for free. but my drink tasted funky, while my moms didnt, and we both got the same drink. i sent it back and i believe the server just put a new lid on and pretended to give a different drink because it tastes the exact same it did when i sent it back. it tastes like soap or some kinda of chemical."
"On 10/29, I ordered multiple items, and one of them was chicken fingers. The salt level is way too high for someone who eats salt in every staple food. I couldn’t eat, so it’s just trash. The kid's fries are too cold, and they put entire fries in the garbage. I don’t recommend it."
"I went to eat at 9:09 at night the restaurant closes at 10 pm with a full hour left and three steps from entering a woman locked the door we went through the drive thru and she told us that it was already closed when there is no There is no sign that says so. "I cannot begin to describe the level of incompetence at this location. I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and since I was in the area, I was craving Zaxbys. I had time to spare so I placed an order on Google for pick up at 12:13 pm. I received an email confirmation, and two text messages (for order updates). I pulled into the Zaxby parking lot and called at 12:31 pm to ask if I needed to come in or go through the drive-thru to pick up my online order when it was ready. The woman advised I could do either option. At 12:45 pm, my order was ready so I pulled into the drive-thru only to be told that there were “no online orders.” I pulled out of line and called back. I'm not sure if it was the same person who answered, but she said “we don't have any online orders. Did you call the right location?” I told them I was coming into the restaurant because not only was I already charged, but I had order and text confirmation. Two different people in the restaurant said that they don't have my order (without asking me what I ordered to verify). But, my order was sitting on the counter with my name on it! I showed them my orders and they still insisted that it wasn't my order and it was actually for a Postmates delivery in which I didn't pay a delivery fee. I showed them how I placed the “order pick up” online option, my email receipts, my text receipts, and showed them my complete order. The second girl looked at the receipt on my order next to my email confirmation and STILL WOULD NOT give me my order. Instead, I had to wait to then speak to the General Manager (this is the third person at this point). I was so angry at this point and even offered to show my driver's license. I've never experienced such a ridiculous experience at a fast-food establishment. I included screenshots of everything because I'm still astounded by what I had to experience. Bright side: the food (though cold because of how long I waited) was very good."
