"Not a good practice. The doctor that saw me last time seems to not be there anymore and when I called to be seen they told me that I could only see this one doctor because he was the only one taking new patient. I was very sick and needed to be seen as soon as possible and they would only give me an appointment for a week after. I was not a new patient, and it is not my fault that the doctor left."
"Great doc, I’ve been so happy with him since my original PCP Smucjler retired. Dr Kissane is great and knows me and my history well. Always helpful and responsive."
"I went in with a myriad of chronic medical issues and a GP that just retired and I needed a new one. I saw NP BK Suhr and the rest of the staff were very attentive to my needs and I'm very confident about the care I will receive from them in the future."
"My 82 yo mother was acutely ill and said Dr wouldn't see her. Edit: after I called and asked if they just let their patients die, someone who has been a patient for 35 years, mom got an after hours appointment with a PA. I had to lean hard but respectfully."
"Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone? I swear if someone answered the phone my rating would go from 1 star to 5. I needed a very important medication sent to the pharmacy same day. I was in for an appointment 30 minutes before I went to pick up my prescription. I went to pick up my prescription and apparently my insurance would not cover it, which normally wouldn’t be a problem, I’d just call and get something else comparable. So I call, AND SIT ON HOLD FOR 45 minutes. Someone in the office answers and says that she can only send a message and it’ll have to be tomorrow that I get this medication. I asked her if I came in if that would make a difference and she said “yes, as long as it’s before 4:30” so I go and make it there at 4. So after a solid 2 hours of calling and actually going into the office, the doctor had already left for the day so there was nothing they could do. Someone should have checked the insurance to see if it was covered, considering I reiterated that the medication was very important and I needed it same day. I have been to PLENTY of offices that check before they send it out to the pharmacy. So I am currently waiting to hear back from the office. They really need to get more organized."
