"This place is the very essence of home cooking and hospitality. I've had a few breakfast buffets in my time, but this experience was the best I've ever had...astounding! Finding this gem hidden away in a little residential neighborhood is even more astounding, and makes it feel even more special. And wow...FRIENDLY! This place was a warm spring breeze of homespun delight. They really seem to care that you have the best experience possible. A highlight was the biscuits and gravy, which I have to say was the best version I have ever had. Addictive. Every main dish on that buffet line had a bit of extra character or flavor that elevated it far above standard buffet fare. While I was eating, Chef Jackie came around with samples of their trademark sweet breads (all of which were out of this world). The snickerdoodle bread was something I'd never heard of - insanely good. The banana and berry versions were also everything you could imagine in a breakfast bread. Also (while eating) they came around with little mini-quiches for everyone to try. I loved this! The quiches, like all of the signature dishes, were like something out of a gourmet's dream. Ecstasy! And I didn't even have to get out of my seat. I never thought my new "go to" breakfast place would be tucked away in a sleepy neighborhood nook in Gulfport, but here we are. I'm still basking in the afterglow and can't wait to experience it again. The vibe is authentically quaint, kind and non-pretentious, there's literally nothing to dislike about this experience."
