"Mobile ordered and still took twenty minutes for my food even though I was the only one in the drive thru! Ordered a double big Mac and they gave me a regular big Mac! I won't be ordering from this location anymore if at any location!!!"

"Employees screaming loudly at each other makes the atmosphere unbearable. Night manager escalated a problem with me after I waited 30 min for food that wasn't coming until I reminded them. Manager tried to tell me it was my fault they didn't see me sitting at a table for 30 min or that I didn't come when she called. The kiosk told me to sit down and someone would come. She told me it was my fault and when I protested she started berating me and accusing me of "snatching" my food i just paid for when I was merely trying to pick it up. It had been 40 min at this point and she wouldn't give me the food because I said "damn" to myself after I had such a bad time under her watch. The only reason I was there was because I was feeling sick and needed something to eat quick. She made sure I didn't get any food after 40 minutes out of pure pettiness. And threatened to call the police on me for trying to explain myself and because I said damn. Really horrible experience. Will never set foot inside again."

"Terrible experience as requested from the staff that we needed 2 extra BBQ sauces with our orders, they came back and said we’ll need to pay extra for the sauces. After we agreed that we don’t want to use our credit cards for Pennie’s and told them we don’t need any extra sauce and accepted whatever sauce comes with 4 orders (they said only 2 BBQ sauce comes with 4 orders) they handed us the to go bags, and we didn’t check. But once in our office and opened the bags the staff didn’t put any sauces in the bags not even the 2 BBQ sauce they stated comes with 4 orders. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed with them."

"Best McDonald's around!! I have one next to my house, but I drive out of the way daily to this McDonald's! Best customer service and food are always hot, and the frappe machine is always working, unlike all other McDonald's. Great job!!!"

"Oh my goodness!!! Did management change?? I used to drive past other McDonalds visit this one. Lately service has been lacking. This morning was the icing on the cake. Orders a bacon egg and cheese Bagel with extra bacon and extra sauce. Back home and comfortable, I have an egg and cheese dry bagel. No bacon, no sauce. I paid for extra and get less the original. No way to comment on app, no way to contact store. Can't make out survey code on faded receipt. My receipt Does Not Match grill order!!! Lovely start to a day, total disappointment. UPDATE: Must have been a change in management. This McDonald's now putting others to shame!"
