"First time visit at this location thinking newer? Dirty dining, every table dirty except the one we cleaned for ourselves, ants all over the windows and wall. Men’s restroom was intolerable. Decided to take our food out. Worst tuna ever! Feel bad for the woman working as it looked like she was working alone."

"The completely miserable older lady is still there and just as grumpy as ever, as of today. When I walked in there was only one person in front of me and she gave me the stink eye for just walking in. To top it off after she made his sandwich she said nothing to me but went to lock the side entrance because the wind kept opening it (not sure about that but I'm sure the fire Marshall would have an issue with only one unlocked door for patrons) Anyway, on her way back by me she grumbled something along the lines of she had 3 sandwiches to make. So she started making those without looking up, apologizing, explaining they were online orders or anything.... needless to say I left as I was afraid whatever she has that is causing her to be so miserable maybe contagious or something. It is a shame that the owner of this location must not care about being profitable as this lady has worked there for a while now and she has been just as hostile based on others reviews and my own personal experiences."

"The elderly woman that works here is the most disrespectful, inappropriate person to have facing your customers! She’s openly hostile to guests as they enter the store when she’s busy. She glares at you and says, in front of all the people waiting, that she should lock the door since they just keep coming! This isn’t an isolated thing either. She’s like that all the time. Except the one time when the owner was there, she was all fake smiles that time… you need to put her in the back and keep her there. Everyone at my job agrees and nobody will go there anymore because of her attitude."

"Horrible experience! We ordered through the app because we had our dog in the car. The Italian herb bread was old and hard to chew. The sandwich itself was a mess, the wrapper was not even closed around the sandwich and there was mayo on both the inside and outside of the bag. The standard white Italian bread was not very fresh either. We picked up our order at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon- the store was pretty quiet - there is no reason for this."
