"This company is a complete scam! I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for weeks & no reply, no call or email back & my credits were never submitted. It’s now almost 2 months later so now I have to dispute the charge with my bank and see how I can get ahold of an updated license. Would highly not recommend"

"This company is not legit. Do not use them. My hours were never reported to the state and the only thing I have is a receipt for a" scam course". Unbelievable, that we are all just trying to work and companies like this take your money for fun."

I took the exam passed they NEVER sent anything to the DBPR, I have emailed and called several times and it always says they’re closed no matter what time if the day. You can’t leave a message and no one ever emails back. If I had known I would not had used them for the course!!!!"

"I took my cosmetology renewal test 10/13/2023. Passed the test and they charged my card but never reported to DBPR. I have sent multiple messages, called and the office is always closed. Sent emails and no one has gotten back to me. I am disputing charge with my bank. How stressful, I will never use them again. I’d give them negative stars"

"I have tried calling/emailing this company for almost 3 weeks and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone! I completed and passed the course and was charged as it is posted on my bank. After I paid and completed the quiz it took me to a screen that said error, no receipt or certification was sent to me at all. My DBPR continuing education have not been updated and I have checked with them. I need to have it renewed by this month or I can risk losing my license. I should have read the reviews first because it seems like this happens to everyone. Please contact me asap, I need this resolved."
