"First off, there are some really good teachers here that genuinely care about the children. However, the owners are highly unprofessional and have showed a lack of concern for my sons safety. My son has been there for since he was 2 months old and until recently we were pleased. He recently turned 1 and moved to the next class with the older children. The problems started immediately. It was evident he was no longer getting attended to the way he was before. The first week he was bitten badly on the face leaving very visible bruises . We were told the other child had done this to others and they said he was "going through a teething stage". Trust me this was more than teething. We told them we understand that things happen but please keep a close eye on him since this seemed to be a ongoing problem with the one child. Well 2 days later the same situation happened again to multiple kids including mine. The bruises were worse this time. They still tried to make light of it and acted like we were ridiculous for being concerned. The next day we took him to his former classroom and asked that he stay with the younger kids until the problem was resolved. To my suprised that evening after we left the owner took it upon herself to go against our direct request and move my son right back with the older kids. We are in the process of finding a new daycare that actually shows concern for the wishes of the parents and the safety of the children."
