"Horrible customer service. Enrolled my child and everything was a good to go. The first day of school while my child was in school they had to pull him out due to shot records not being Florida shot records. They were military based shot records."

"TR Jackson is the WORST pre-k/school experience of my life. Susan Land at the front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional and Dawn the “Director” and Kimberly Patrick are completely delusional. I’ve spent the last month trying to get my son enrolled in Pre-K and it took me calling every other day, sometimes twice a day, leaving multiple messages and then FINALLY having to show up at TR Jackson just for someone to even speak to me. I was told there was a spot for my son (he’s a transfer) but when I showed up to the school and made someone acknowledge me I was informed the spot was no longer available (how convenient). First of all, Susan should not be working the front desk of any school and whatever she said to Dawn(behind closed doors) to make her come out and tell me I was being defensive before I even had a chance to speak made me feel completely uncomfortable. I felt attacked by both Dawn and Kimberly and I was so shocked at Kimberly’s recollection of the events that have occurred over the past month that I was literally speechless. I would NEVER recommend TR Jackson to anyone and honestly it was not my first or second or even third choice of schools and after my encounter with Susan, Dawn and Kimberly I would never feel comfortable leaving my child in their care. If they can misconstrue a situation so much to where I am in awe how can I trust anything they would conjure up about my son? No thank you. The BOE will be hearing about the unprofessionalism and rudeness of all three of these staff members."

"there's a lot of good people who work here and teach. however, there are some rude people. In most other schools you aren't late till the 2nd bell but as soon as the 1st bell rings they will take your children to the office and are rude to my girlfriend over 2 minutes. they aren't rude to her however when I show up with her which I have been lately just for that fact. This school gets money for each child registered at this school ,therefore,they need to stop acting ignorantly and have more appreciation for the fact parents are registering their kids at this school. If not for the children registered none of them would have jobs there."

"Lack of assistance any where, rude, and you'll get nothing but the run around while trying to get your child enrolled to better their education. Not to mention the wait list or if you "make too much." A child's education should not be held back because of lack of information and assistance."

"Before I rant let me point out that every PARENT has LOVED this school. My issue was the front desk staff. Ms. Susan. I asked for information on the classroom and they had ZERO information. There were no teachers available to speak with (due to it being summer). They didn't allow classroom walk through either. All Ms. Susan did was tell me how to enroll my daughter. Idk what parent is comfortable shoving their kid into a school with no information but it ain't me."
