Domino's Pizza

"This place wants to charge me extra for barbecue sauce instead of red sauce. They wantna charge me as an extra topping. That's wrong. I can order on the app whatever sauce I want. And they don't charge the extra, but to phone it in they do. The Only reason I'm phoneing my order in. Is because I have 2 items in my basket and I can't get the second item out. No, thank you, I will go to a different pizza place."

"I got 2 deliveries from Domino's Pizza. The delivery drivers were both very nice and professional. However, there is no place online where your able to leave a tip for the driver. I had to meet the driver in order to give them a tip. Maybe I missed it but it should be easy to give a delivery driver a tip. I will have to say the two delivery drivers that I had were great. It's not a easy job and we should be able to tip them accordingly."

"I ordered a pizza from the Narcoosee Road Domino's tonight had the worst experience ever. I have ordered from this store about once a week and the pizzas have been getting steadily worse each time. Tonight, I ordered the pizza at 536 PM. I use the Domino's Tracker on my phone so I know where the driver is. The store is only 2 miles from my house so it normally takes 10 minutes to get from the store to my house,. The tracker said the the driver left at 559 and would be here by 620. At 618, the tracker said that the driver was in my neighborhood, so I waited for the doorbell. When 630 came and no pizza was here, I checked back on the app and it showed the driver had passed our main street and went to another neighborhood 3 miles away! I called the store and waited on hold for 5 minutes. Someone picked up the phone, but did not say anything for another 5 minutes then hung up the phone. I immediately called back and was on hold for another 10 minutes before it was picked up and the line was left open for another 15 minutes but then was hung up again. At 640, the app said that the driver was 20 minutes away. It was 710 before the pizza arrived. When I asked the driver why it took an over an hour to deliver it, he said it was the manager's fault as they set the delivery schedules. After all this time, the pizza was obviously cold, but it also had very few toppings (see attached picture) and it was dry. After this experience, I may never order from Dominos ever again. it will take a major effort to gain my business again."

"Great place for a last minute pizza night. However, don't waste your money on anything but pizza here. The "Chicken Parm" sandwich is a loaf of bread with cheese and 5 pieces of chicken."

"I love dominos, never had a issue but just ordered and the pizza is soaked on oil like absurd. I have never ordered a pizza from domino's and got it like this."
