"Hispanic man that stays clocked in towards closing shifts- horrible customer service. Order of 3+ people and man would refuse to give us any decent amount of sauces. Also, we arrived at 8:45. Legally- why the heck are we getting kicked out before we can finish eating our meals? 1/5 customer service. 5/5 food quality. Come early in the day when he ain’t here. Last thing- he mean mugged my older brother when Al Lee asked was for “one more ranch”. Literally only left with one ranch per person. I usually don’t give a damn, this guy sucks."
