McDonald's 821 Canaveral Trace, Middleburg, FL 32065

"This is one the best McDonald’s I have been to in months. The staff here is fantastic. They are very nice, they’re fast, and clean. I ordered to eat in and the lobby was clean. The staff were coming to check on the customers in the lobby. Food was made fresh everything was on point. I would highly recommend this to my family."

"I love the fact that this place is close to my neighborhood because there are not a lot of food places over here. What I don’t like, however, is that when I order large fries they’re never a large fry, so I’m paying for A large fry but I NEVER get what I pay for. Do better guys."

"I just returned from this McDonalds Franchise at 821 Canaveral Trace, Middleburg FL. I arrived at the store at approximately 5:25 pm. There was a line at the drive-thru, yet it was not abnormal for around dinner time. I am not normally a complainer, in my younger days, I worked in the food industry. Approximately 35 minutes later, I kind of received my order. I finally was able to pull up and pay then pulled up to the next window and received my drink. I took a photo of it to show that all of my ice had melted. Then we were asked to pull forward to the next window. We finally received our food, sort of. I also attached a photo of inside of the bag. I got half of an order of french fries and no straw. I stopped at the store because it was convenient, believe me that will be the last time I go there."

"Been to this location a few times because it is the closest to my home. Kind of a hit or miss but not worth the risk anymore. Just drive a couple more miles to another location and you will be much happier. The facility is nice but the people working here are a bunch of goof balls. Go through drive through and all you hear is a bunch of cackling and have to repeat yourself because the person taking your order can’t focus. Ordered a Cheesy Jalapeño QPC and it was quite warm. The cheese sauce was a wax like solid adhesive for the jalapeños and their cheese slice slap game is weak (50% burger coverage)"

"Very nice interior in this brand new McDonald building. Clean bathrooms and eating area. There is no self serve soda machine so you're at the mercy of staff to get a drink refill. Food is now delivered at the table if you order by the all at the table. Kiosk ordering is also available. Food was mostly quick and got. They didn't overfill the drink with ice. They were short a pie on my order and it took 39 minutes to get the last items to me after a second reminder. Staff isn't happy refilling drinks so don't drink fast."
