"Stop hiring 12 year old middle school kids led by a clearly incompetent manager . Slow, didn’t apologize, didn’t give me my drinks and gave 2 of the 4 orders wrong. I left because I didn’t want to get upset even more. Everyone in that entire shift needs and deserve better direction then the one they’re getting from that useless manager"

"literally, every single time we have come here they have either charged us for something we didn’t receive or the food was not made the way we asked for it at the speaker. (They make it how THEY want to, regardless of what you ask for at the soeaker), I never send back the food because it’s a waste (i know they’ll just throw it away if i bring it back for them to make it the way we actually asked). also, they never give you a receipt in the first window. Not sure why but we have noticed that it’s been a reoccurring thing at this location and only this location."

"I see why they don't give receipts and say the printer is broken. They don't want anyone having the tangible proof that their order was incorrect and probably don't want the online survey reaching corporate. I ordered the apple pecan salad and upon arriving home and opening it I was soon disappointed to learn that there's no blue cheese crumbles on it. Had someone communicated they were out,I would have made a different choice. But its sorry as heck it cant even be made right since I wasn't even given a receipt. You think they'd take into consideration how close they are to the hospital and that their customers might really be going through a medically terrifying experience personally or a family member of theirs. Little inconveniences are a lot bigger to some for valid reasons...any job worth doing is worth doing right."
