"My family & I were excited about this place since we saw on instagram how delicious the food looked so we spontaneously visited on Sunday for brunch. Being Mexican myself, I enjoyed the food but wished they refilled the food as it being a buffet style brunch. I was very disappointed regarding the service. We arrived at 12:45pm knowingly the brunch is from 11am-3pm. We were a party of 6, when we arrived the inside seating was full so we sat outside. Unfortunately our server was one of the two bartenders, he explained to us how it works & took our drink orders to start. Everything was great until my family finished our food & received our margaritas before our waters. Mind you, I had to ask the kind hostess to remind our bartender/server about our waters. After maybe 30mins our bartender/server checked on us & ordered another round of drinks. Which we did not receive till maybe 45mins later, after I asked the hostess yet again to remind our bartender/server. I’ve worked in the food service industry for over 5yrs & this type of service we received today was unexceptable. It was not the bartender/servers fault; the management should’ve recognized & assisted there employee’s. The fact that I had to complain to the hostess twice, leaves a bitter experience. The management should hire more people or assist their employees properly."
