"We hit the jackpot today with Marcelo as our waiter. I am very particular how I like my salmon and if you say blackened some places over do it. I explained it to Marcelo and he conveyed my preference perfectly. Great communication between waiter and chef the fish was cooked to perfection. Everything was fresh and very, very good. My compliments to the chef and my appreciation to our waiter for doing a great job. In addition, Can’t go wrong with the baby back ribs highly recommend."

"Our server, Jen, was INCREDIBLE. She is charismatic and her attention to detail was superb. The Rib Rolls and Loaded Nachos....not very good. We were very disappointed with the food. Not the standard Flanigans' quality."

"Just want to share how thankful we are to the manager and server that were on duty this past Sunday evening. We went to Flanigan’s because my daughter won an award for most Caring at her school and it came with a coin to redeem at Flanigan’s for a free meal. We get there and my daughter (6) realizes that she left the coin behind at home and will not be able to redeem her reward. She became upset and started crying. We were going to stay and eat anyways, reassuring my daughter that we would come back, but we tell her server what happened and she sends the manager over. The manager proceeds to congratulate my daughter for her award, tells her to keep her coin as a trophy and gives her the free meal. My daughter was beyond happy. Thank you so much for such kindness, it meant the world to us. Here is a picture of her “trophy” that is now proudly displayed at home."

"This location is the favorited one by my family. It truly never disappoints! No matter what day of the week, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the ambiance is just right, and the food is prepared to please. Understandably so, there was a little bit of a wait. We sat outside until the text came in—quickly got seated and had our drinks served shortly thereafter. We started with the smoked fish dip, followed by their award-winning baby back ribs for my sister, and a delicious flaky & moist smoked salmon sandwich for me. It was so big that I couldn’t finish it. I also loved their cole slaw—wow! The service was excellent. Javid was attentive and friendly but not annoyingly so. In the end, we were super happy to have chosen this restaurant again, and hope to return soon for more!"
