Barbatella

"Home cooked food as if you were in Italy. The restaurant bar is beautiful! Angelo, at the bar, made our night with wonderful with interesting stories and delicious food suggestions. Cheryl and I went in for a drinks as they had my favorite, TITO'S VODKA! We stayed 3 hours eating two, sumptuous appetizers then a unique wonderful pizza for dinner. The brunette with white anchovies, artichoke hearts, arugula and whipped ricotta was my favorite. The pizza was out of this world and one we never had before: cheese, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and extremely thin and absolutely delicious ham! We highly recommend that pizza! We will be returning to Barbatella! Thank you Angelo!"

"Drinks were good. Food was good. Service was good. Good experience all the way around. They gladly let us have our dog at an outside table. We went there right after the Pets on 3rd parade. Our server Logan was great."

"Really delicious Italian cuisine! Went here on NYE. Only downside is they didn’t serve bread on the table (a bit odd at an Italian restaurant) and that the kids pizza was around $25, but it was NYE so…"

"We stopped here on our stroll of historic Naples to enjoy a gelato. Barbatella was a very pleasant surprise. We were allowed to sample the flavors. And the portions for the price were very generous. The gelateria area is separate from the restaurant seating so you can quickly get in and out. There was wonderful outdoor seating as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (We had an infant in tow!)."

"I adore the ambiance of this place the birdcage chandeliers make the interior unforgettable. However I can’t say as much for my food or drinks. I felt as if some of the portions were a bit small. The sauce on the pizza was thin/watery with too much cheese. My mothers pasta had the same sauce & it just didn’t do anything for me nor did the other entrees on the table. I refuse to completely bash restaurants in my reviews. They might have just had a off day. I do have to say i had the grouper for my main course and that was delicious and cooked/deboned to perfection! It was the one dish I didn’t photograph because I attacked it!"
