"We had a very nice evening at Bistro 821. The meals were very good especially the Chilean sea bass. The drinks were good and the service by Matt was excellent. The atmosphere and decor is okay given that it is 5th Avenue and some other spots might seem more upscale but overall a very nice experience with good food."
