Jet's Pizza

"If you look at all reviews I have done on google I rarely give a negative one. Only twice before. Unfortunately I had to delete my 5 star review I originally posted. Ordered the round crust for first time and it was awful. The pizza was not fully cooked and so much sauce it poured out everywhere! Tried to handle this with the store and corporate and owner Anthony who promised me a free large deep dish pizza to replace the one we couldn't eat. I called store to redeem and 2 separate employees one named Ethan told me no and I could have 10$ credit or small pizza only. I asked them to verify free pizza with Anthony and they said no. I will not order from this Jets anymore sadly. I have never been treated so rudely or made to feel so unappreciated for something they messed up. I really tried everything to give them opportunity to make this right before posting this."

"When the store on Vanderbilt Beach Road first opened, I ordered the four corner, four piece pizza, and it was delicious. However, the last two times that I stopped in most recently to get the same four piece for corner pizza, it was mushy, and it was not anywhere near as good as what it was when the store first opened. The most recent visit last week I asked the person to for extra Toppings on the Pizza, and when I got it home, and opened the box it didn’t look like there were any extra toppings, and it was really mushy as though it was not baked enough. Needless to say I will not be going back to jets pizza on Vanderbilt Beach Road, and will try another Jets location to see if we can get a better pizza before giving give up entirely On Jets pizza."

"I wasn’t expecting much but, we were pleasantly surprised. Pie arrived hot and was pretty good for a $15 pie. Delivery gal was friendly also."

"Always great pizza both the NY style and the deep dish. Points system is easy to use and online ordering easy as well. Sauce is not too sweet which is why we order pizza here. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. We come here several times a month and Jet's doesn't disappoint. Busy but not too busy when I go here. Means they have great pizza! Haven't used the delivery service as of yet. Edit: newest pizza. 3 pepperoni. It's great!"
