"There is a lot of hype about this place and I have only gone once. The atmosphere is as described a very back yard open concept feel with the same food trucks all the time. Great variety of food options with restaurant pricing not what you would expect from food trucks. Thankfully I wasn't that hungry and just got a chili and cheese dog with fries and it still cost me $20... You order your own food and for the most part you pick it up as well. We did not get an actual waitress had to keep going up to the crowded bar to attempt to get a surprisingly pricey cocktail. Tables fill up fast and you can't reserve a table with a minimum drink order of $150 at the low and close to $300 in beverages for a reservation on the weekends. Not to mention people kept coming up to ask asking if we were leaving soon...like we were with 4 other people on a table that sat 8...if we were leaving you would know. This isn't Miami... If anything locals, snowbirds and college students mostly. I was surprised at the parking situation, seems once the parking lot is full people just start parking in areas that make it hard for others to get in and out. The greatest thing about this place is that it's mainly outside no actual indoor area and they used every inch of the space very well. Definitely a great meet up place for large parties who like different things. Everything was too pricey for a local joint. This will be one of those places we'll force ourselves to go to against our will when friends and family wanna meet up or try something new. Other than the ambience and atmosphere I was not impressed."

"Such a cool place! Outdoor seating with games if you want, otherwise can go in where it’s an open air space, but covered so it’s cool. Several good truck options, everything we tried was amazing! Inside there are dart boards which have an automatic scorer and funny little memes each turn. Will definitely be back!"

"Really cool new bar outdoor restaurant in South Fort Myers with fun games. So this place has a bar in the middle with food trucks surrounding the outer areas. When you sit down you order from a QR code on the table and choose which food truck you want to order from. A server took our drink order and we had to pay immediately, no tabs. And then we ordered from 2 different food trucks and paid for each separately on my phone. It's a little confusing at first. The whole process seams somewhat off, but the atmosphere is really cool. Amazing art work too. See pics. It was on the more expensive side. We paid $70 for 2 drinks, chips and salsa, and chicken strips and fries. This included the tip. Parking is limited during peak hours. They do offer parking on the grass when the lot fills up. It's adult only after 8pm. I would highly suggest trying them out."

"Went to the soft opening and was extremely impressed. Their vast selection of food was impressive and their cocktails were definitely unique. Their BYS Old Fashioned was my favorite. If you enjoy the game of Darts, like myself, you’ll want to play here. They have 3 real dart boards with virtual tracking. Will definitely be back to enjoy the rest of their food selection. Highly recommend Backyard Social!"
