"We normally have a good experience with this location but last week we had an exceptional experience with this location. The pizza arrived nice and hot and was made with perfection!!! The cheese had the perfect pull, toppings were the perfect amount and the crust was amazing. Whoever made this pizza did an outstanding job. The driver was also amazing pizza arrived piping hot and in perfect shape as if we picked it up ourselves"

"Not only is Jets pizza the best pizza out there but the Estero location hands down has the best customer service. Always polite, warm and welcoming. They remember me by name every time I come. Never have I ever had bad service or poor quality product from this location. Have to try the cauliflower crust pizza. Amazing! Have to mention the ranch dressing. It’s so fresh and delicious. Sometimes I go there just for this dressing. Customer for life. Thanks for being so awesome!!"

"My husband ordered a pizza and small greek salad on 7/10 for pick up in the early evening. Upon opening the bag when he got home, we noticed that the salad was completely inedible. There was a nasty smell coming from the soggy lettuce contained within the salad. I immediately sent in a note to Jets Pizza regarding this matter since the small salad was $8. They never responded. I love Jets pizza but this location needs to look at their pre-made food before serving it to customers. Furthermore, the corporate office needs to respond to issues such as this. We are definitely taking a break from spending our money here."
