"Placed an order online when I arrived to get it was told they don't have it. Rather than communicate or try to solve the issue got told if it isn't here they don't have it. Well one cashier decided to actually look in the system and someone else had received my order. Was no effort to make things right they sloppily threw my order together and sent me on my way. No professionalism whatsoever. Rude and unhelpful."

"Had to give this subway 5 stars. It was absolutely the best subway we have been to in years. We usually try to avoid them, as they have let the quality go downhill. But this subway was outstanding. Place was spotless, even behind the counter. No loose food on the floor or on the counter. The ingredients were all fresh, even the lettuce, which at most subways is always old and brown. The sandwich artist was very courteous and friendly. Truly wish all subways were like this one. This one really operates the way they used to."

"I went to this store and order a foot long, a soup and a water cup. I took a little bit of coke because I was feeling bad and I needed sugar, the thing is I dont even drink sodas, but I was needing sugar in that moment. So the manager, I believe is the manager because she is not dressed as a regular employee, she is just wearing sport clothes, she took one minute of her time to came and tell me: you order water ma’am coke costs money’ and was so unrespectful. If I could give 0 starts I will definitely do it. Many times coming to this store and this was a first time that someone treat me like if I was stealing something. Bad service with this woman"
