"My family was so excited to try this place. We walked in for aste lunch and we were the only customers in the store the entire time. About 30 seconds after we walked in, the employee walked up to the counter from the back. She didn’t say a word, nor did she smile or make eye contact. Since it was our first time in, it took us a few minutes to read over the menu. The entire time she did not utter a single word. (“Let me know if you have any questions.” “Is this your first time in?” “Good afternoon.” ANYTHING would have been great.) We ordered and she asked the bare minimum to make our order. Our lunch was over $50 for three 3 of us and our bowls were underwhelming. We will continue to give our business to PokeBowl Cafe."
"Great place, friendly personnel and great Managment! My daughter and I chose to build a bowl. Tuna was fresh and toppings perfect! Staff even helped with some suggestions, to give our bowls a new flare. Definitely will be going back"
"I wanted musubi and coulnt find them in Fort Myers until someone recommended this place. Both employees were attentive and kind. I asked the gentleman at the front what his favorite bowl was which was the salmon so I ordered both the bowl and his drink recommendation which were both very good. The place is clean it has a pretty chill vibe and I will definitely be back to try other poke bowls and musubi."
"So glad we finally stopped in to try this place! We got the Hawaiian bowl & the Sweet & Spicy shrimp bowl along with a few bobas. WOW! It was so healthy & filling, full of flavor & we could customize to fit our wants. This is our new favorite spot in the area & will for sure be coming back. We even took home some yummy snacks from their pre-made fridge which was so convenient. Will be recommending to everyone we know. Thanks!"
"Cute place and very fresh food. But they heavily skimp on the protein portions, and it makes the $13.99 bowls not as worth it. Two protein scoops amount to nearly one actual scoop at the average poke shop. The toppings and sauces are very good though. They had some toppings other local shops didn’t have, but they charge extra for masago. The miso soup is overpriced ($3.50) and comes from a machine. And the milk teas are made from a powder, FYI. With some adjustments, I’d make the trip back for a poke bowl."
