"This was a typical kfc, we ordered and brought it home, and it was good. I'm very pleased that the biscuits were not like hockey pucks. They were actually edible. The downside is that I had to use the restroom. It was a mess! The toilet handle was broken, so I couldn't flush, and there was standing water around the bowl. I would've just walked out, but we had a long drive to get home. I hope this gets fixed, we really liked the service and food that we got and would like to go back sometime"

"My bf has ordered online from there 3 times the first time the chicken was dark and did not taste good at all. They did not change the fry oil and you could taste it on the chicken but he ate it cause he felt bad that I drove him and didn't tell me the next day. The second time he ordered they forgot to put some chx in his order. But the 3rd time they made up for it by throwing up a biscuit. We both understand it's late night and nobody wants to be dealing with Karen's or Bob's at 8-9-10 p.m. but we also worked 10 hour shifts and hate getting home to open up the food and see that chicken is missing or that the chicken Is so dark you know it's from dirty fryer oil. We just wanna eat and go to bed."

"I went in to order there was only 3 people working and they were busy. Within a minute the manager told me that someone would help me in a sec. They apologized for the wait, which was not long, and my order was taken. When my order was ready, the young man who gave me my order looked me in the eye and said thank you. Everyone was working so hard doing their job, There was no yelling, or complaining, just getting the job done. This manager is doing something right. Be it training or choosing the right people to hire. I am impressed."

"Went thru the drive thru for the 20 dollar box. Got home to no sauces at all! Chicken nuggets were unrecognizable, over cooked in old grease. French fries so greasy and limp. Just completely disgusting. Only thing edible was the biscuits. Call and spoke to Joshua the manager. He did say he would make it again next time I’m in. This is my second bad experience and I won’t be back."

"No customers in the store or the drive through yet still took 5 minutes to take my order. I ordered a 3 piece combo and only received 2 pieces. The 2 I got were burnt and shriveled. Coleslaw was pretty much just chopped cabbage"
