Pizza Hut 11591 Gladiolus Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33908

"Pizza hut has always been My favorite. What is going on with new drivers?!! A week ago I ordered 2 pizzas and only 1 was delivered. Driver couldn't find my address! What happened with GPS?? driver said "I'll be right back". I called the store and they were cooking my pizza. It arrived close to 2 hrs. Today I placed an order and my pizza came late, it was cold, the box and wings container was bended, flattened by something heavy.The diver told me "sorry I was late", I had to go put gas and I'm telling my manager I want to go home!!!"

"Sara Nicholes (the store manager) she went out of her way to help me out with my order. She was so nice and she gave us 10/10 customer service and really positive attitude. Definitely would recommend this place only for her and would definitely come back! Thank you so much."

"Horrible horrible horrible experience. Food was awful, ordered beef brisket pizza and instead of the usual pizza sauce they put sweet barbeque sauce on the pizza and the beef brisket must have ended up on someone else's pizza because it certainly wasn't on mine. So, as soon as I got home with the pizza and was made aware of what was in the box by my disappointed hungry family, I attempted to contact the pizza hut location immediately in hopes of picking up the correct pizza before they close. I would think that calling 40 prior to close would have been adequate time for them to prepare another pizza for me to go pick up , again. However , I was wrong because during tha 40 min period I called and called and called but no one answers the phone and every call ends with a voicemail box is full and then disconnects the call. 11 times I called this store and not once could I reach someone who works there. I reached a call center a couple times and explained my situation and was transferred back to the store which took me to a voicemail box that is full again. On the last attempt , call number 11, jus before closing I reached the call center once again and explained to her my issue and once she realized I wasn't placing a new order and it was time to end her shift she stopped communicating with me and said she coulnt hear anyone on the line and was disconnecting the call and so she did. My assumption of the full voicemail box is that I'm not the only dissatisfied customer calling in an attempt to get what I paid for from such a poorly managed operation. Shame on you pizza hut. Get your act together if you plan to stay in business because a lot of your competition already make a much better pizza and provide an exceptional customer experiences. From now on I'll go elsewhere for pizza and stop wasting time and money at pizza hut. Good day."

"We just went in there to get a pizza and those decorations are so cute! I loved Fred the employee of the month. The way the decorate the place is so adorable and friendly, the service there is also amazing and wonderful! Thank you."

"Please shop local and don't waste your time. Extremely disappointed in Pizza Hut and will be avoiding. We attempted to order with coupons received in the mail. I was told they were invalid/they insinuated it was fake. However, based on other responses I wonder if they just didnt want to take the order (couldn't upgrade to stuffed crust). Either an apparent bait and switch by corporate or a disgruntled employee who didn't want to bother helping customers. Attached is the proof of the coupon received in the mail with expiration dates end of March. Also, who doesn't carry the nacho cheese anymore??"
