"Been going to this Wendy's for about three years, always very slow with the drive-through, finally it was moving fast so I asked for the manager, let's just say Windy got Windy's movin, pup appreciates the vanilla frosty"

"I have stayed away from Wendy's at 15300 Mcgregor Blvd. in Fort Myers, FL for a long time as the last time I was eating in some employee's were next to me complaining about their pay and entered into a very loud argument. It was a very uncomfortable situation. So, today 02/02/2024 I decided to give that location a opportunity and eat in again. I had the Wendy's app. that I just installed and had free fries! Well, the girl at the counter could not figure out how to do this, enter the "manager". The manager hits key strokes on the register and tells me - your all set. I get my food and while eating look over my receipt. The manager did nothing - no credit for the free fries. I find this behavior un-trust worthy and just dishonest. I returned to the counter and asked the manager about this. She mumbled something, opened the register and gave me $1 something, when the fries cost $3.35. I for one will never be back, what are they doing when the customer is not watching .........hum."

"I've loved Wendy's for 40 years but this location is poorly managed and the "employees" are mentally challenged. You have to pay a fair wage to retain competent employees and deliver a good experience and this owner is clearly not willing to do that. This location is ghetto, avoid if possible"
