"I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Nova Child Learning Center. Initially, things seemed to be going well for our 3-year-old and 5-year-old children, but unfortunately, as time went on, our 3-year-old daughter started developing severe behavioral issues. In the beginning, we were impressed with the facilities and the seemingly caring staff. However, towards the end of our time at Nova Child Learning Center, our daughter's behavior took a turn for the worse. We had to endure multiple instances where we were called to come and pick her up from the center due to her disruptive behavior. To make matters worse, I had to leave work on three separate occasions within a span of just two weeks to address these issues. This not only caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my professional life, but it also left me feeling helpless and frustrated as a parent. Despite our attempts to communicate with the staff and address the behavioral concerns, we found their response to be lackluster. It seemed as though they were ill-equipped to handle such situations and lacked the necessary expertise to effectively manage our daughter's behavioral challenges. As parents, we expected Nova Child Learning Center to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for our children. Instead, we were met with a disappointing lack of professionalism and an inability to effectively address and manage behavioral issues. Due to these negative experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend Nova Child Learning Center to other parents. It is disheartening to witness the decline in our child's behavior during their time there, and the lack of support and understanding from the staff only exacerbated the situation. I strongly urge parents to consider alternative options that prioritize the well-being and development of their children."

"Amazing Day Care Center! My daughter is always eager to go to day care. She loves her teacher and all the stuff are kind and caring. The director is dedicated and she wears many hats to provide a safe, caring, and fun environment for the children and staff. The facility is clean and cozy and my my daughter loves the playground! I would highly recommend NOVA Daycare."

"Checked out multiple daycares when we moved to the area, and when you know you know. The staff are dedicated to providing outstanding care to all of the little ones here. I pick up my son quite late when there are few kids left and am able to chat with the staff. I love talking to them about how my son is doing and the class itself. My son has learned SO MUCH with the teachers here. These bad reviews are so misleading and honestly anger me. There are cameras at every angle and they hold footage for ONE WHOLE YEAR. If you want you can go pop by randomly to sit in the office to watch your child on the camera, they have absolutely NOTHING to hide. The staff don’t bite the kids, ridiculous. My son has been bit here in the one year old room, but these are kids learning how to communicate who can’t quite talk yet. Of course they are going to hit, push, flail there arms, throw themselves on the ground, and occasionally you get a biter. They are toddlers not saints."

"Amazing place and the workers here are so generous and sweet to the kids. I’d recommend this place to anyone!!! Between the caring and AWESOME staff and Julie, allergen-free meals, wonderful toys, curriculum, and activities to keep the children learning and occupied, I’d give this center 100%. The children are safe and well educated here, and they even have some garden teaching. I’ve looked at several daycares before and this place is definitely at the top of the list. If I could give more than 5 stars I would."

"Nova is great! We just moved to Jacksonville and finding childcare was the hardest and most stressful thing. My son has been coming here for about a month now and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are so wonderful at communicating and updating you on your child’s needs, daily routine, and other observations they make. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. I trust that Nova takes great care of my little one throughout his day. The center is filled with amazing age appropriate toys and activities to keep your little one learning. The outdoor area is the perfect space for children to play outside. I love the sense of security I feel for my child here. I couldn’t say enough about them. Thank you to all the wonderful daycare staff for taking great care of my baby!"
